What you’ll do:

As the Talent Development Manager, you will help enabling the organization’s global growth. You will participate in the development and implementation of the scalable, innovative, efficient, and inclusive global Talent Development strategies that contribute to the overall business strategy. While providing best-in-class employee experience, you will thrive in this role if you enjoy developing leaders and driving a culture shift towards continuous learning, feedback and performance management.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team: recruit, train, and coach a team of Talent Development professionals.
  • L&D Strategy: Contribute to development and responsible for the execution of learning and development strategy, to enable growth-oriented learning culture and foster curiosity, collaboration, innovation and inclusion.
  • Performance Management: Manage and continuously improve performance management processes, including performance calibration discussions. Build a robust organizational development plan as an outcome of PM process.
  • Program Development: Identify gaps in critical skills for achievement of strategic goals, assess needs, design and continuously improve training programs (such as leadership and talent. development programs, learning paths, technical trainings, soft skills trainings, communities of practice and others). Design programs as a combination of in-house and external trainings, by using blended learning and variety of new tools and learning techniques.
  • Training Delivery: Actively participate in training execution and oversee delivery of training programs. Evaluate L&D initiatives through robust feedback and reporting, continuously review training offerings to ensure high-quality learning experience and knowledge retention.
  • Talent Management: Design, implement, improve and manage talent management programs, including succession planning, talent reviews, career development and competence frameworks for the efficient employee development and retention, and achievement of strategic goals.
  • On-boarding: Manage and improve onboarding process and efficient follow-up mechanisms to ensure scalable execution, smooth employee experience and achievement of business goals.
  • Technology: Introduce new learning and performance management tools (such as AI, tools for efficient remote learning) and act as a change enabler in adoption and utilization.
  • Managers’ Enablement: Identify and address gaps in managers’ capabilities with planned and ad-hoc learning interventions. Supports managers with individual, mentoring and coaching sessions to enable growth of their leadership skills.
What you’ll need: 
  • 3+ years of experience in a managerial role, with focus on learning, development and performance management
  • Proactive approach in identifying impactful initiatives
  • Efficient stakeholder management, exhibiting strong integrity and problem-solving attitude to support business needs
  • Enthusiasm for process improvement and automatization initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills – capability to effectively, clearly, and concisely articulate ideas.
  • Advanced analytical skills with focus on interpretation of HR data, and generation of actionable insights
  • Experience in project and change management
  • Experience in curation of learning paths content and with LMS
  • Experience in embedding inclusion in L&D and performance management
  • Coaching certificate is preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Fluent in the English language.
